Verify Server Data

Once you have installed and configured the ShardAnalytics plugin, you should verify that data is flowing correctly from your Minecraft server to the dashboard.

1. Verify Connection Command Response

You can confirm the connection status of the connector directly from your Minecraft server command terminal. Run the status command:

Verify that the command response reports a successful connection to the ShardAnalytics API.

2. Check the Command Center Dashboard

After confirming the command reports a successful connection, check the dashboard:

  1. Navigate to dashboard.shardanalytics.com.
  2. Select your Organization and the corresponding Instance.
  3. Open the Command Center tab.
  4. Verify that the dashboard is actively receiving heartbeats, metrics, and player data.

Ingestion Latency

Section titled “Ingestion Latency”

ShardAnalytics processes telemetry dynamically. Once the connection is established and verified, the ingestion pipeline is operational. Data processing characteristics depend on your organization’s subscription plan, network routing, and platform load; therefore, concrete ingestion latency timeframes are not specified.
