Custom Dashboards

Custom dashboards let you arrange the numbers your team actually uses. Every widget runs a real query against your data with the same scope and date handling as the rest of the platform.

  1. Open Custom Dashboards in the organization or server sidebar.
  2. Start from a template or create a blank board.
  3. Add a widget and choose a measure, optional breakdown, and visualisation.
  4. Drag and resize tiles on the 12-column grid.
  5. Save; the board is stored server-side and available to your team.

Dashboards exist at organization scope (/dashboards) and server scope (/servers/:id/dashboards).

Widgets cover players, gameplay, payments, location, worlds, server, geo, performance, and infrastructure domains. Add-on schemas add crate, region, menu, and NPC widgets when those plugins are connected.

  • Granularity: hour, day, week, or month.
  • Time range: presets from 1 hour to 90 days.
  • Comparison: previous period or previous year.
  • Filters: dimension filters with eq, neq, gt, gte, lt, lte, in, not_in, and contains.
  • Query mode: aggregate, latest, raw, or two-pass where a widget supports it.

Boards support shared variables so one dashboard can serve several views:

  • Date range.
  • Server.
  • Custom dimension filters.

Changing a variable updates the widgets that consume it instead of requiring a rebuild per server.

  • A template gallery provides starting points for overview, analytics, and monitoring boards.
  • Boards can be cloned and shared within the same organization; cross-organization sharing is not supported.
  • A dashboard can be exported and imported as JSON (schema version 1).
  • Limits: 50 dashboards per organization, 30 widgets per dashboard, 20 alert rules per dashboard.
  • Members can create and edit their own boards; owner and admin roles can edit any board, and only owner/admin can delete.
