Organization Settings
Organization settings are the shared configuration for every server in your network. They are available to owners and admins.
Sections
Section titled “Sections”| Section | What it controls |
|---|---|
| General | Organization name, slug, logo, and identity used across the dashboard. |
| Members | Roles, invitations, and member removal. |
| Payments | Store providers, webhook secrets, and server mappings. |
| Notification channels | Discord webhooks and email groups used by alerts. |
| Reports | Organization-wide report and plugin-alert preferences. |
| Danger zone | Destructive actions, restricted to the owner. |
Reporting defaults
Section titled “Reporting defaults”Analytics defaults can be set at the organization level and overridden per server:
- Timezone for day boundaries and retention cohorts.
- Default date range (7, 30, or 90 days).
- Preferred payment currency for monetary views.
The effective value inherits in this order: system → organization → server. An explicit selection in a URL always wins over the saved default.
Currencies are never converted. If a view receives mixed or unknown currencies, monetary values are shown as unavailable rather than summed incorrectly.
Members and invitations
Section titled “Members and invitations”See Roles & Permissions for the role matrix and invitation flow.
Notification channels
Section titled “Notification channels”Create channels once here, then select them per alert rule. A rule that references a channel which no longer exists is skipped, so check channels after staff changes.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”Store connections and secrets live under Payments. See Store Overview for providers and Custom Webhook for the signing contract.
